Toshiba Satellite A10 Wifi
Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy because the only thing you have to know is the current operating system on your Toshiba laptop. WiFi, or wireless internet, uses a piece of hardware in order to talk to your router. Most USB wireless adapters are plug-n-play, which just means that you only need to put the adapter into an available USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own. It is cheaper and easier to purchase a new wireless USB adapter and install it, than to replace any built-in adapter your laptop may have.
What are the signs that the wireless card has to be replaced?
- The WiFi adapter driver gives errors when installing
- Your WiFi signal disconnects itself all the time
- The WiFi adapter in your Toshiba laptop cannot see the SSID coming from your router
