Toshiba Satellite M60 Ram
Some RAM is mandatory in order for a computer to boot up. Random Access Memory, RAM, stores random bits of data that the processor uses for applications. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the CPU, it does not hold files like picture or movies. Instead, it does have a correlation to the speed of the computer. Random Access Memory is considered volatile memory as its storage is erased every time you turn your laptop off. The speed of the RAM is dictated by the specifications from the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is governed by the OS. If there is ever a doubt, just know that more RAM is a lot better than less RAM!
