Amcor AHW 162 Limit Switch
Limit switches are built because if the air is too cool inside the furnace to begin with, the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air. A normal limit switch has a sensor in the heat exchanger that senses, or governs, if and when the air is warm enough for the blower to be activated.
Signals of an unhealthy critical limit switch
- The Amcor system is starting to erratically more often than not
- The HVAC system is unable to start or continue to run like it should
