The circulation blower motor is part of the primary blower for dispensing circulated air throughout the house. A blower motor is a main element of any whole house HVAC system and carries out a very important part in circulation of air.
Signals that your main air circulation motor is faulty and probably should be replaced
- Air circulation sometimes starts and ends abruptly while trying to heat or cool the house.
- Your blower cannot force enough volume or airflow through the ductwork of the house.
- After the system starts the electrical circuit blows, putting a stop to the startup sequence due to the blower motor shorting out the electrical circuit.
- The blower motor makes a grinding noise when it begins turning or while the system is currently running.
