Energy conversion kits are not available for all furnaces. Purchasing is only available for particular ones that are designed with converting in mind. A conversion kit could allow a furnace to convert burning from a particular energy source to perhaps something cheaper, such as from oil to propane or any other source depending on your needs. If you decide to buy one you will probably want to have it installed by an HVAC professional, for the safety of everyone.
