Bard SH Limit Switch
One big reason why limit switches are designed that way is because if the warmed air is too cool then you will never get hot air through the ducts. A normal limit switch contains a sensor in the heat exchanger that makes the determination if and when the air is actually warm enough for the main blower to kick in and circulate the air.
Simple signals main limit switch has to be replaced
- Your system starts to ramp up but then stops on a regular basis
- The HVAC system will not initiate nor will it stay running longer than 10 minutes
