Bard WH Flame Sensor
The flame sensor is an important safety feature that will consistently detect the appropriate flame when igniting the system. Because of the safety issues involved, if the sensor get triggered the furnace will not start until the main issue is remedied.
General indicators that your safety flame sensor is failing
- Any type of gas that has entered the furnace has difficulty trying to start an ignition sequence and shuts itself off
- Your
system is unable to start and spits out an error code on the main board - System kicks in intermittently when it feels like it
