Bryant 334 Cooling Fan Motor
The fan motor on the compressor has an important job of cooling the compressor, due to the large amount of heat energy has to be dissipated. Be certain the new motor has the voltage that is the same as well as amperage as it is on the bad motor. The unit may be replaced on its own without the blade, this tends to make installing it easier and will reduce the costs you need to pay.
Some clues your fan motor is dying
- The Bryant cooling motor cannot turn the blade
- An audible grinding noise when the cooling fan is starting
- The compressor cooling motor catches fire or throws sparks while in use
