Bryant 379 Limit Switch
The limit switch contains a sensor in the heat exchanger that makes the determination if and when the air is warmed to a point so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents. A limit switch was crafted because if the air never warms up the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air.
Some clues main limit switch has very little life left
