Bryant GT-PG Limit Switch
A normal limit switch is a switch in the heat exchanger that senses, or governs, if and when the air is warm enough for the air to begin normal home circulation. The main reason limit switches are made is due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger then the house will never get warm enough.
Simple signals limit type switch needs a replacement ASAP
- The heating and cooling system is unable to start nor will it stay running longer than 30 seconds
- The Bryant system begins to go through the startup sequence but stops quickly more often than not
