Carrier 24ACA430A0030010 Limit Switch
A normal limit switch contains a sensor located in the furnace that senses, or governs, if and when the air is warm enough that it can be circulated throughout the house. Limit switches exist because if the warmed air is too cool then the house will never get warm enough.
Key indicators that my main limit switch is dying?
- The HVAC system will not start or will not stay running longer than 30 seconds
- The whole system begins to act weird on more than one occasion
