Carrier 24ACC Limit Switch
The limit switch has a sensor located in the furnace that senses, or governs, when the air is warm enough to activate the main blower. Limit switches were created due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts.
