Kits that convert your furnace from one source to another do not exist for all HVAC systems. They are only available for a limited number of them that are built for switching. A conversion kit would allow a conversion from a particular energy source to something different, such as from natural gas that gets pumped to your house to propane that needs to be delivered or vice versa. If a conversion kit is made for your model system you will probably want to have it installed by hiring someone in the HVAC field, for obvious safety reasons.
