Carrier 30H Limit Switch
A normal limit switch is a switch in the heating area that determines when the air is actually warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents. Limit switches are crucial due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air.

- System refuses to kick in or continue to run longer than 10 minutes
