Carrier 38E Cooling Fan Motor
The fan motor is responsible for cooling the compressor, because a large quantity of heat gets released and that heat that needs to be discharged into the air outside. Take the time to ensure the replacement motor has the correct voltage listed and correct amp current as on the current fan motor. The motor on the compressor fan can be replaced sans the blade, this results in an easier installation and cheaper too.
