Carrier 38ESA042 Limit Switch
A normal limit switch contains a sensor located in the furnace that can determine when the air is warm enough for the air to begin normal home circulation. A limit switch was crafted due to the fact that if the air inside the furnace is too cool then you will never get hot air through the ducts.
Important hints limit type switch will need to be replaced
- The whole system is starting to go through the startup sequence but stops quickly on more than one occasion
- Your Carrier system will not begin the ignition sequence or run even though max temp has not been reached
