Carrier 38EYA036 Limit Switch
A normal limit switch is a switch located in the furnace that can determine when the heated air is actually warm enough that it can be circulated throughout the house. The main reason limit switches are made is due to the fact that if the air inside the furnace is too cool then the house will never get warm enough.
Warnings limit switch will not last the year
- The Carrier system starts to ramp up but then stops more than once
- Your Carrier system refuses to start or will not stay running longer than 10 minutes
