Carrier 38EYG030 Control Board
The Carrier 38EYG030 control board is created to direct the gas valve, the ignition igniter, all the various sensors as well as the blower all at once. Your air handler will be unable to run at all unless the control board is configured and seated properly. Be absolutely sure when you are choosing a replacement board due to so many small differences in models and types. A control board that you have chosen will need to be a match with your existing board and be compatible with both the make and model of your heating and cooling system.
Cues of a declining main board
- The HVAC system will not run at all
- The entire system has to be turned off and back on rather frequently for it to work
