Carrier 38EYG042 Cooling Fan Motor
The fan motor on the compressor is responsible for cooling the outdoor compressor, when heat is removed from the house, that heat that needs to be driven away. The motor can be replaced without the necessity of buying a fan blade too, this may make it a lot easier and helps you save some money. Be certain you find one with the same voltage and correct amp current as it is on the current motor.
