Carrier 38H Cooling Fan Blade
The blade attached to the fan motor for the outdoor compressor has an important job of dispersing all the heat that is released. Although they are built strong, the blades need to withstand a lot and they can break down over the summer for reasons involving humans, animals or even nature itself.
What red flags are there that my the cooling blade for the fan has a need to be replaced?
- It appears to severely wobble as it is spun around
- Edges of the fins are marred or ravaged for some reason
- Part of the blade appears corroded or damaged due to being exposed to mother nature
