A transformer is very common in many household goods including heating and cooling systems and it converts the electrical output from a certain voltage to another. If any transformer needs to be swapped out, make sure you buy the one that is rated for the voltage that will be demanded by the device. Heating and cooling transformers may have specific specs and they should follow strict voltage needs.

- Flawed voltage is calculated across the transformer
- Zero volts is measured from the output of a main transformer block while being tested
