Carrier 38TRA036 Cooling Fan Blade
The ever-important fan blade for the outdoor compressor has a main function of scattering the massive amounts of heat that is released. Due to the fact that the fan blades are unsupervised and out in the open they can get damaged easily for a lot of reasons.
Major signs the cooling blade is going out
- Edges of the fins are notched or somehow damaged for some reason
- The fins of the blade looks potted or dented from taking a beating by the weather
- The blade appears to severely wobble as it gets turned and trying to cool the compressor
