A conversion kit could allow a furnace to convert burning from a particular energy source to another, such as from natural gas to propane that needs to be delivered or any other source depending on your needs. Energy conversion kits are not available for every system made. They will only be obtainable for a limited number of them that are built for switching. If you do buy one it may be better to have it set up by a local pro, for obvious safety reasons.
