Carrier 39LB Control Board
The control board is constructed to direct the gas valve, the igniter, all the sensors as well as the air circulator all at once. The entire heating and cooling system will not operate whatsoever unless this important circuit board is in connected and operational. The board that you will choose should match both the make and model of the unit you have installed. You must do some research upon picking a replacement board because of the wide variety of models and types.
Easy warnings of a weak main circuit board
- Everything has to be reset repeatedly for the system to operate once again
- The furnace or AC does not start whatsoever
- There seems to be a fault code indicated on the circuit board
