Carrier 42D Conversion Kit
Conversion kits are definitely not available for all HVAC systems. They can only be purchased for those that are designed to be able to handle a switch. A conversion kit could allow a furnace to convert burning from an expensive source to perhaps something cheaper, such as from oil to propane or any other source depending on your needs. If you can find one you may choose to have it fitted by someone who has done it before, so it runs correctly and safely.
