Carrier 42V Blower Motor
The blower motor in the Carrier 42V is responsible for dispensing heated or cooled air all through the house. A blower motor is a central component of an indoor portion of a split system and plays a seemingly fundamental job in circulating the air inside a home.
Small signs that your Carrier blower motor is not going to last and probably should be replaced
- Your blower has difficulty creating the correct volume of air inside the home.
- Air circulation starts occasionally and ends abruptly before the run has been finished.
- When the system is initiated the electrical circuit that supplies electricity to the system blows, stopping the HVAC system because the blower motor shorted everything out.
- Your blower creates a terrible screeching sound while starting or when the run is ending.
