Carrier 48CE Heat Element
The heating element causes cold air to be heated up prior to being spread throughout the house. Your furnace will find it impossible to produce any warmed air for the house if your heating element is unable to work as it should.
How do you know when your Carrier heat element is about to go out?
- A shortage of heat being produced by the system for an extended period of time
- The element itself can not get warm or not hot enough to generate heat due to its age
- Element appears worn, rusty and falling apart
