Carrier 48KLA Blower Motor
This blower motor is an important part of the blower which is in charge of dispensing circulated air to all the rooms in the home. The main blower motor is a central component of an indoor portion of a split system and carries out a necessary role in circulation of air.
Minor hints that the motor on the blower is faulty and probably should be replaced
- The blower that blows air throughout the home makes a dreadful sound while startup is initiating or while stopping.
- Air circulation starts sometimes and then ends suddenly while trying to heat or cool the house.
- After the HVAC system is started the electrical circuit blows, ending the system startup because the blower motor shorted the circuit out.
- The blower has difficulty creating enough volume or airflow through the entire house.
