The fan motor on the compressor is primarily in charge of cooling the outdoor compressor, because a large quantity of heat gets released and that heat that needs to be driven away. The motor can be replaced without the need of replacing the blade too, this makes installation simpler and cheaper for you. Be sure you buy a replacement motor with the correct voltage and amps as it is on the bad motor.
What symptoms are present when the main cooling fan motor has a need to be replaced?
