Conversion kits are not available for all HVAC systems. They are only available for those specific systems that are designed with converting in mind. A conversion kit could allow a furnace to convert burning from an expensive source to perhaps something cheaper, maybe from oil to propane that needs to be delivered or the other way around. If a conversion kit is available for your system consider your family and have it installed by your local HVAC guy, so as to eliminate the risk of failure.
