Carrier 50HJQ007 Expansion Valve
A normal AC expansion valve allows the coolant to spread back into gas form from a liquid. An air conditioning system would probably be the worst AC in the world if the valve was worn out.
Important signs the AC expansion valve will need to be replaced
- Cold air is not as cold as than the usual air coming from the vents
- AC takes a long time to appropriately cool
