Carrier 50JS042300 Cooling Fan Blade
The blade attached to the fan motor on the condenser is responsible for dispersing all the heat that is released by the compressor. Due to the fact that the fan blades are unsupervised and out in the open they may break due to the course of time for whatever reason.
What are the signs that the cooling fan blade is almost going bad?
- Part of the blade looks potted or damaged from the elements outside
- Edges of the blade are whittled down or beat up due to the outdoor elements
- The cooling blade looks wobbly as it spins and trying to cool the compressor
