Carrier 50JX Defrost Sensor Board
The defrost sensor board controls if and when to commence the defrosting phase which aids to get rid of the frost that collects on the outdoor unit. It relies on a temperature sensor located somewhere by the condenser to determine when to initiate the defrosting cycle.
