Carrier 50JZ048300 Cooling Fan Blade
The blade attached to the fan motor for the outdoor compressor is dutied with scattering all the heat that is released. Because these blades are outdoors all the time they may not hold up over time for reasons involving humans, animals or even nature itself.
What red flags are there that my main cooling blade is on its last leg?
- Some of the blade looks potted and worn through from nature
- The edges are chiseled or damaged in some way
- The whole blade appears to wobble as it starts spinning and trying to cool the compressor
