Kits that convert your furnace from one source to another are definitely not available for all HVAC systems. They are only available for those specific systems that are built for switching. A conversion kit would allow a conversion from a particular energy source to another, perhaps from heating oil to electric or any other source depending on your needs. If a conversion kit is made for your model system you should consider having it installed by someone who has lots of experience, for you and your familys safety.
