Limit switches exist because if the warmed air is too cool the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air. A normal limit switch has a sensor in the heat exchanger that decides when the air is warmed to a point for the blower to be activated.
Major warnings limit switch will need to be replaced
