Carrier PB Limit Switch
The reason limit switches exist is because if the air is too cool inside the furnace to begin with, then the house will never get warm enough. The limit switch is a switch located in the furnace that can determine when the heated air is warm enough to activate the main blower.
Signs limit switch will soon need to be replaced
- The Carrier system is starting to become unpredictable from time to time
- System will not initiate or continue to run longer than 10 minutes
