Carrier RVC Cooling Fan Motor
The compressor fan motor has an important job of keeping the compressor cool, when heat is removed from the house, that heat must be dispelled into the air. Please make sure the new motor has the proper voltage and the correct amp listing as on the current fan motor. The motor on the compressor fan can be replaced with or without the blade, this will make it a lot easier to install and a little less costly, as well.
Major symptoms of an inadequate compressor fan motor
- The Carrier cooling motor cannot turn the blade
