Coleman DGAA070BDTA Thermistor
In an HVAC system, a thermistor is a thermal resistor, whose resistance is dependent on the temperature at its location. They tell the HVAC system when a certain temperature in increasing or decreasing. The system control board must know the temp in certain areas to understand what is going on.
Clues your thermister will need to be replaced
- The whole HVAC system may never start up because of any bad thermistor
- The main fan could never begin in its attempt to ramp up the airflow
