Comfort Aire RAD-243A Filter
The filter has the main responsibility for filtering tiny dust fragments and other tiny particles as it passes through. The filter can both keep the unit clean and help it be a lot better at doing its job while, at the same time, filtering the air you breathe. Because of this, the filter should probably be changed out or cleaned at least twice a year if not more, depending on how much you use it.
Important hints the dust filter has little life left
- It is recommended to replace your air filter every 90 days to help prevent mold and bacteria build-up
- Sunlight is unable to break through to the other side of a completely clogged filter
- The system air filter looks bad and it would be best to replace it as soon as humanly possible
