The vent motor was devised to redistribute air and dangerous gases out of the furnace.This blower is also referred to as a draft inducer, as it will deliver proper draft for a much cleaner and safer combustion.

- More than enough electricity is flowing to the draft motor yet the motor remains unchanged
- The primary blower is unable to run
- Draft motor does not work at the beginning of the startup sequence
