Danby DPAC9010 Cooling Fan Blade
The ever-important fan blade for the outdoor compressor is responsible for scattering the massive amounts of heat that is released. Due to the fact that the fan blades are unsupervised and out in the open they can fail from time to time for reasons too many to mention.
What warnings should I watch out for to know if my main cooling blade is failing?
- Edges of the fins are curvy or flawed in some way
- The whole blade looks out of balance as it starts spinning and trying to cool the compressor
- Some of the blade looks rusty or damaged from nature
