DeLonghi WE125 Cooling Fan Motor
The fan motor on the compressor is responsible for cooling the compressor, because a large quantity of heat gets released and that heat energy has to be dispelled into the air. The unit may be replaced with or without the blade, this will reduce install time and will not drain your bank account. It is critical that you find one with the correct voltage and the same amps as it is on the bad motor.
Key clues of a poorly performing DeLonghi fan motor
- The motor catches fire or shorts out as it turns
- The DeLonghi cooling motor cannot turn the blade
- A distinct squeaking sound when the cooling fan starts or stops
