DeLonghi WE125 Heat Element
The heat element allows fresh air to be warmed prior to being distributed through the ducts. Your furnace will find it impossible to produce nearly enough heated air for the whole home if the heating element goes out.
Major symptoms the main heat element will need replacing
- The element itself will not get warm or get hot enough because it is probably worn out
- A shortage of heat being made by the heat element whatsoever
- Internal heat element looks old, dented and about to fall apart
