Desa R115 Ignition Control Board
The main ignition control board governs the main gas intake valve, the igniter and a few other devices. The ignition control board was always an important electronic circuit board that has now become a major component of the main board instead of having two separate boards.
What to see if the main ignition board is in need of a replacement?
- Every other device within the heating and AC system checked out to be in good condition
- The initial signal from the thermostat never does reach the Desa control board
- The main ignition cycle is unwilling to activate then the thermostat send a signal
