A changeable air filter is good at trapping really small dust parts and other small elements from the inside air inside the home. This filtering system will help make the unit cleaner and make it work more efficient while also filtering the air in your home. During regular maintenance this filter should really be simply replaced or cleaned at least twice a year if not more, in order to keep things clean.
Signs the dust filter is in dire straights
- It is suggested to switch out the air filter in your unit every 90 days to help prevent bacteria from spreading too much
- The system filter looks dirty and maybe should be replaced as soon as you can
- When you hold the filter up to the light, it cannot break through to the other side of the filter at all
