A changeable air filter is good at filtering out dust and other tiny particles from the air in the house. This can both help keep the wall unit from building up too much dust and make it operate much more efficient while cleaning the dust out of the air you breathe all day. Due to the amount of dust in the house, the air filter must be exchanged or cleaned a few times a year depending on how much you use it.
What are some indications that my filter is almost full?
- If you lift the air filter up to a source of bright light, the light will almost not infiltrate to the opposite side of a dirt-packed filter
- The filter looks bad and the best thing to do would be to replace it real soon
- It is advised to replace the filter four times a year to keep the air fresh for the family
