The main panel of the unit can get broke from time to time, it is the home to all the controls and vent fins which controls the direction of the air flow.
Some clues the front cover probably will die soon
- Main cover has become loose and possible duct taped in order to remain on the case of the system
- The vents that are placed inside the front panel so loose that air pressure is too much to keep them still
