Frigidaire FRS184YW20 Limit Switch
The limit switch contains a sensor in the heat exchanger that determines when the heated air is actually warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents. The reason limit switches exist is due to the fact that if the air inside the furnace is too cool the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts.
