A changeable air filter has a main job of filtering out dust and other particles from the inside air inside the home. The filter can both protect the unit and make it run much more efficient while, at the same time, filtering the air you breathe. Because of the nature of filtering air, the filter should be swapped out for a new one or simply cleaned at least twice a year if not more, in order to keep things clean.
